LYNTYS coaching and equipping is available to assist churches make and develop fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. All coaching is customized to your church and area and enables you to personalize the principles of LYNTYS to your setting. The following coaching and equipping sessions are available:
LYNTYS Equipping Workshop
This workshop is a half-day version of the LYNTYS discipling course. Participants often make significant changes in how they relate to their unchurched neighbors. The result is the growth of disciples and the making of new disciples. It is a great step to infect your church with LYNTYS. It also equips key leaders so they can continue teaching the LYNTYS principles as a small group study. Troy has conducted these sessions in a variety of settings and welcomes associations and clusters of churches to host them.
LYNTYS Weekend
This coaching event is the best way to introduce and infect your church with LYNTYS. Friday afternoon-Sunday morning, customized coaching and equipping sessions are conducted with your staff, lay leadership, and your entire church. Saturday morning is devoted to an intensive LYNTYS Equipping Workshop. The Sunday morning service is devoted to loving your neighbor and telling you story.
LYNTYS Church Coaching
Church coaching is a one-day session for staff and lay leadership. Through an analysis of your church, you will discover how to integrate your churches ministries and activities to work together to reach your community by making disciples. It includes an intensive version of the LYNTYS Equipping Workshop.
LYNTYS Church Starter Coaching
This strategic worship is designed specifically for church starters to ensure they are on the path to make disciples. Through an analysis of their strategic plan, timeline, systems, vision, and goals church starters are better able to focus on the most important marker of their success to make disciples. It includes an intensive version of the LYNTYS Equipping Workshop.
LYNTYS Small Group Coaching
Small Group Coaching is one of the most vital coaching efforts for churches that want to make strong, reproducing disciples. This one-day coaching session includes an intensive LYNTYS Equipping Workshop for small group leaders and personal coaching for staff and lay leaders.
